Mike has just completed a glassware composition including three stereo images in Masher format. Production of each stereo image required two consequitive exposures of the plate, with a repositioning of camera between exposures. The use of natural daylight for Mike's work added to the difficulties in achieving two well-matched exposures on each plate. The result of his struggle against overcast weather and errant clouds was three successful stereo pairs and a half-plate mono image.
At time of writing, plates from this series remain available.
